Common Questions

How do I delete my account and all my data?
Email ranc.mobileappdev@gmail.com with the subject "Delete My Account" from your registered email address. We will permanently delete all your data within 30 days.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
A group member entered a wrong expense amount. Can it be fixed?
The member who added the expense can delete and re-add it with the correct amount. Group owners can also remove incorrect entries. BudgetCircle does not lock historical records.
Does the app work without internet?
Yes. BudgetCircle uses encrypted local storage so you can add and view expenses offline. Your data syncs to the cloud automatically when you reconnect.
Does BudgetCircle connect to my bank or send money?
No. BudgetCircle only records what you manually enter. It does not connect to banks, payment systems, or any financial institution. All balances are for tracking purposes only.
